You can order a taxi for immediate pick-up at the airport by using the touch screen devices in the Arrivals area, which will issue a ticket indicating when the taxi will arrive and the taxi’s ID (which is displayed on the exterior of the car). You will need to show your ticket to the driver. Taxis arrive directly outside the arrivals area on the first floor. All taxis operate a meter system and charges vary between 1.89 lei/km (most common) to 3.50 lei/km.
